The 25-story tower will be multifunctional, with the first eight floors housing the lobby, a restaurant, and around 46 residential suites for the condo/hotel program. The subsequent 10 floors will be dedicated to condo residences, followed by the top seven floors, which will host the hotel, rooftop pool, Bellini restaurant, and private club. The condo will offer an array of amenities, including a fitness center, spa, yoga studio, dog run, Bocce court, children's playground, and barbecue area. Additionally, the hotel will provide amenities like a ballroom, lounge room, and library, accessible to condo residents who will also have access to their own private club on the eighth floor.  Construction of the Mr. C tower is scheduled to commence in early 2024 and is projected to take approximately two years, with an expected opening in the first quarter of 2026.
